mixed feelings about my stay
non-functioning air conditioning uncomfortable room
the location was acceptable, with decent proximity to central park.
the air conditioning did not work properly . it made the room very uncomfortable, and i was unable to rest well. the staff did not seem to address the issue adequately.

The location is a haven near the park. i loved the attentive staff. They were always ready to assist. the room's design impressed me, with nice touches that added a lot to the experience. everything worked seamlessly together to give a good feeling.

The rooms had fresh flowers, this was a delicate touch. The staff arranged a wonderful surprise gift for my partner. The hotel car provided smooth and timely transport to dinner. The rooftop lounge offered quiet moments.
